This course provides an introduction to project development and writing, explaining what project development is and why it's important. It covers the essential elements of a successful project proposal and the steps involved in the project development process. Additionally, the course teaches effective project writing strategies to help students communicate their ideas clearly and convincingly.
Results of the training
By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
- To highlight the basic concepts on a project proposal and what a project report entails
- To introduce participants to problem identification, understanding the cause-effect
- To introduce participants to the log frame- a Project design and analysis tool
- To highlight the important writing skills needed and the steps to generate quality reports to share with readers/stakeholders

The training will be structured as a series of modules, with quizzes and assessments to help participants track their progress and solidify their understanding of the material. It will also include interactive elements, such as workshops and one on one mentorship to allow participants to apply the concepts they learn and receive feedback from instructors and peers.

Magdalena Spasovska
Program and Project Developer
Magdalena is a highly experienced program and project developer with over 10 years of experience in the field, Magdalena has worked with a wide range of organizations, government agencies, small and large scale businesses as well as development programs.
Magdalena is prominent Access to Finance and Fund Management Expert. She has been responsible for strategic oversight and leadership as well as advice in inclusive finance and youth and women employment components of programs and projects. Her experience is extensive on European Commission granting programs, IPA, USAID, GIZ, AFD, as well as other global funding opportunities such as KfW Development Bank, EBRD, IBRD etc.
She has significant experience in access to finance which is complemented by her strong project development skills. She has successfully designed and implemented a number of large scale projects aimed at improving access to finance for underserved communities, and has a proven track record of delivering results.
Magdalena is also a skilled communicator and collaborator, and has worked with a diverse range of stakeholders, including government officials, private sector representatives, and community leaders, to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve.
Magdalena has an MA in Management of EU funds, Budgeting and Monitoring and Evaluation from the University of Florence, Italy.
